The Australian actress, 41, posted a series of jaw-dropping photos to the social media platform which showcased her new physique in an eye-catching red swimsuit.
The snaps saw the Isn’t It Romantic star posing on a leafless tree, surrounded by beautifully clear blue water on a private island.
She captioned the first image: “It’s never too late to improve yourself – to improve your health, your heart, your happiness, your harmony.
“For everyone out there just trying to be a lil bit better this week: go for it! Every bit counts. Every effort is worth it.”
She ended her inspirational post by telling her 10.1 million followers: “You’re worth it,” and included the hashtag #RebelIsland.
Her fans were quick to flock to the posts to show their appreciation.
American actress Tasha Smith labelled the star her “shero,” while former SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton wrote: “You need to put pen to paper! Now that would be a book that would take pride of place on the shelf… DO IT!!!”
Fellow Pitch Perfect star Alexis Knapp also appeared in the comments section of the post, writing: “Love you gorgeous inspirational woman.”
She followed up her comment with a string of emojis, including love hearts and flames.
A host of Hollywood stars, including Jennifer Aniston, were among the almost 500,000 people to have liked the images.
Rebel revealed that last year was her “year of health” as she set herself a goal to drop her weight to 165 lbs.
She previously admitted to PEOPLE in a candid interview that before her weight loss journey, she was “probably eating 3,000 calories most days”.
She has since lost over 60 lbs and says she can now “look back now at that girl” she was and be “so proud of what she’s become and achieved.”

The actress had attended a health-orientated retreat in Austria and says it helped her to focus on her goal and to keep at her target weight.
“I think because I approached it from all areas … the biggest thing that I haven’t ever worked on was the emotional side, what I suffered from, I guess, as classical emotional eating … so I really worked on that side,” she said.
