“It’s a tough day to celebrate today but we have seen the love and kindness from everyone and are feeling very lucky!” the mum-to-be sweetly added to her post.

“Thrilled to bits for you both…. obviously it’s all my doing!” Emma joked on Instagram once the news was announced.
The parents-to-be spoke of their excitement ahead of welcoming their child into the world earlier this month.
“We’re so excited. It feels as though the way everything happened was meant to be,” Amy told OK! magazine.
“I thought I might struggle with fertility, so for pregnancy to happen quite easily and when I wanted – I was gobsmacked. We feel incredibly lucky.”
