Viewers tuning in to watch the VMAs spotted an awkward moment where Billie Eilish snubbed Jennifer Lopez.
When Jenny from the Block, 52, made an appearance at Sunday night’s VMAs for a presentation, she was greeted with cheers and applause from everyone in the audience – except ‘Bad Guy’ singer 19-year-old Billie.
As the camera panned around the room, it caught Billie sitting with a rather neutral expression on her face.
She doesn’t appear to clap, and instead, she sat twiddling her fingers in her lap.
Viewers at home certainly noticed the frosty moment and quickly took to Twitter to comment on it.

One person said: “Billie Eilish didn’t give Jennifer Lopez a clap… a smile… or anything.”
Another wrote: “Damn Billie Eilish wouldn’t clap for Jennifer Lopez. That’s cold.”
A third asked: “Does Billie not like Jennifer Lopez? LMFAO”.
“What’s the tea?” tweeted another, curious about what led to this moment.
However, some people believed the footage was being misinterpreted, and that the camera caught Billie at a bad time.
“The girl did nothing but to watch the show just like everybody else why y’all expect her to have an exciting expression every time someone performs,” wrote one Twitter user.
Elsewhere on the night, Billie took home two awards from her five nominations.
She was presented with the Video For Good award for her song “Your Power, and for Best Latin for her collaboration with Rosalía, “Lo Vas a Olvidar.”
She took the opportunity to spread a powerful message.
“I just want to say that we need to protect our young women at all costs. For real,” she said.
“We also need to remember that we all have power, and we have to remember to not abuse it.”
