Nicole Scherzinger has hit back at Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin over a lawsuit which claims that she is blocking a reunion tour with the girlband.
Choreographer Robin, who founded and runs the Pussycat Dolls, claims that Nicole is refusing to take part in the group’s reunion tour unless she gets a ‘controlling share of the business’ PCD Worldwide.
She also claims that Nicole wants ‘final decision-making authority’ on the venture.
Antin has also reportedly claimed that Nicole is refusing to perform unless her demands are met.
Specifically, the choreographer alleged that Nicole is demanding 75 per cent ownership of PCD Worldwide following an initial agreement that the frontwoman would receive 49 per cent to her founder’s controlling 51 per cent share.
Nicole has now hit back at the accusations, calling them “ludicrous and false”.
The singer’s lawyer Howard King, has also shared a statement with People.

King said Antin’s claims are a “desperate attempt to divert blame for her own failures by trying to impose obligations on Nicole that simply do not exist”.
“Robin will fail in her efforts to trade on Nicole’s hard-earned success to pull herself out of a deep financial hole she has created by her own poor business and professional decisions,” Nicole’s lawyer went on.
The statement went on to insist that Nicole adores her fans and hopes to be back on stage with her fellow bandmembers one day.
“Nicole loves and respects the PCD fans and hopes to one day be back on stage performing the group’s amazing hits for them.

“Sadly, this will not happen under these circumstances.”
The group reformed in 2019 and were due to head on tour last year.
Unfortunately, the long-awaited shows had to be postponed due to the pandemic.
Tour dates are now showing as ‘to be confirmed’ on their website, with no new shows currently planned.
The reported stone-walling between Nicole and Robin has prevented more tour dates from being set for the Pussycat Dolls.
The Mirror has reached out to Nicole’s representatives for further comment on this story.
