Under California Penal Code 459 PC, any person armed or unarmed who breaks and enters either an empty or occupied dwelling, home or any building with the intent to commit any kind of crime or felony, such as a larceny or assault is guilty of home invasion either first of second degree home invasion.
California has cracked down on home invaders, and the Los Angeles district attorney is pushing for the maximum sentence on anyone convicted of the crime – in Blueface’s case, that means 20 years.
