Nigerian singer, Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, professionally known as Kcee, recently took to social media replied a lady who tried to downplay his success in the Nigerian music industry.
BMK (Bad Man Kcee) as he fondly calls himself, has been basking in the euphoria of his successful ‘Cultural Praise’ EP which has up to 5 volumes, and was angered when a fan tried to take all that away in the comment section of a post made by MTV Base in honor of the singer’s birthday over the weekend.
Popular music channel, MTV Base had earlier made a post on their official Twitter page to celebrate the singer.
“@iam_kcee was a year older over the weekend and that’s why we are celebrating him with 5 of his songs you can never get bored of listening to,” they wrote on Twitter.
The post didn’t sit well with a particular lady who believed Kcee doesn’t even have up to 5 hit tracks as mentioned by MTV Base.
In her words:
“@MTVBaseWest and @iam_kcee You for play ten of his tracks now; how many hit him get?”
The lady’s comment got the attention of the singer who went hard on her.
“Too many hits that your present, past, and future generation can’t have,” Kcee fumed.
