Nigerian rapper, Erigga has made a very controversial statement on Twitter regarding people who do tattoos.
Erigga believes that a tattoo looks good on a rich man but a tattoo on a broke man makes him appear dangerous, insinuating that a man who one must look at his financial status before tattooing his body.
