Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has expressed delight with his return to the national team and is already looking forward to the upcoming matches against Benin Republic and Lesotho.
Okoye arrived the Super Eagles camp in Lagos on Monday evening after featuring for Sparta Rotterdam in their Eredivisie draw with Heracles last Sunday.
The goalkeeper is expected to be first choice when Nigeria battle Benin Republic and could return against Lesotho.
In a social media post on Monday, the 21 year-old declared his readiness for the AFCON 2021 Qualifiers, with progress to the competition all but sealed.
