Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, is disappointed with manager, Zinedine Zidane, as Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon fly out to the UK to complete moves to Tottenham Hotspur, according to AS.
Bale is expected to complete a sensational Spurs return this weekend, ending his Bernabeu nightmare after being frozen out by Zidane.
The 31-year-old Wales star will cost £20m in wages and a loan fee, with Madrid subsidizing his salary in a bid to reduce the burden on their books.
He will be joined by £25m left-back Sergio Reguilon, who is similarly unfavoured by Zidane, but impressed on loan at Sevilla last season.
Perez is not happy over how both players have been treated by Zidane.
He feels Zidane could have handled Bale better and made more use of the player during his remaining time at the club.
Perez is also not impressed by the handling of Reguilon. The left-back is set to sign a five-year deal with Tottenham, with Madrid having insisted on a buy-back clause.
The clause appears to have been inserted at the insistence of Pérez rather than Zidane, who appears indifferent to the 23-year-old.
